| The "S-Bahn" is a high speed commuter rail line than serves the suburbs of major cities. It stopped in Nufringen 2 or 3 times an hour, depending on the time; it was a 25-minute trip to the center of Stuttgart. I'd have to change to another S-Bahn to complete my commute to work. With the 15-minute walk from home to the station, my total commute was about 1 hour, 5 minutes which I made by train once or twice a week. |
